Quality Customer Service Price Value I found this product very good. When Lucy is wearing the collar I can relax and not worry about the neighbours complaining. Lucy has figured out what happens when she barks when she is wearing the collar, so she chooses to do soft barks almost under her breath.

Over the years, we have received numerous letters of complaints from the local council for nuisance barking from our two Bichon Frise.
