Excellent product, easy to install, informative clear instructions, video of installation process really helpful. A little expensive but you always get what you pay for! I'd rather pay a little more for a good quality product than buy something cheap that won't last or do the job properly. Would definitely recommend this product. (Posted on 13/11/11)

Good to install, installation video very helpful. Aluminium is only on frame (white part), rest is plastic (black part). Keeps out drafts well. We are using it for cats and it works well after some patience and training. (Posted on 2/12/10)
