I brought this product after getting quotes from companies specialising in fitting a dog/cat door into a window. They were very expensive and insisted the large cat/small dog door was not suitable for my little maltese. Once I received the product withing 36 hours of ordering, I contacted a glass manufacturer and got them to provide toughened glass window, and cut out the required whole for dog door to fit. My dog is identical to that pictured on the website. When the product arrived I thought that the door would be too small. As it is the only one advertised which can be fitted to a glass door I went ahead and got a glazier to install the door. My 6kg Sydney Silky/Australian Terrier cross took about three minutes to learn how to use it. The door would be too small for any bigger dog. My dog is an athletic jack russell X who weighs 7kgs.
He just fits through!!!
