Quality Customer Service Price Value I was a little nervous purchasing this product over the net but I was comforted by the excellent return policy. Quality Customer Service Price Value I wasn't sure about buying the door because of the price but when I received it, I am happy with paying what I did for the door. Living in the mountains, and the cold weather coming soon, it has been a great addition to the patio door. Although our door is wooden and quite old, my husband has been able to get the door to lock onto the dog panel. (Posted on 19/04/10)
