Our old pet door was broken so we had to find the replacement. Googled Staywell and the links gave Ace as a supplier. Phoned the 1800 number from the web site and recieved honest, straightforward advise. Ordered the large 700 series door online and recieved it 4 days later. Fitted perfectly.
Great service from start to finish. They have won my business and I will certainly be referring them to family and friends.

Very easy to fit good Quality and looks smart in door.Ebbie pops in and out with flap open at the moment (first few days) will close flap in a few days and see if she can open it. She is quite a small dog (Toy Poodle 2.5kl but quite tall so we use medium size)
