This is the second time that I have purchased this product and it is fantastic!
I initially purchased it from a pet store and the product has lasted three years with heavy abuse from one overweight pug and another that uses his head as a battering ram. Both of my pugs weigh over 9kg and are very determined, so using the locking mechanism didn't keep them out - hence the need for a replacement as the door flap was totalled (the rest of the unit is still perfect). But they both fit through perfectly and we've never had any problems with it (as long as it was unlocked).
This time around, I could not find a replacement in the stores without ordering it in (2 week turn around) and was happily surprised to find it a lot cheaper on this website and it was delivered within 2 working days. PERFECT! (Posted on 7/02/12)

I brought this product after getting quotes from companies specialising in fitting a dog/cat door into a window. They were very expensive and insisted the large cat/small dog door was not suitable for my little maltese. Once I received the product withing 36 hours of ordering, I contacted a glass manufacturer and got them to provide toughened glass window, and cut out the required whole for dog door to fit. Doing it this way saved me over $140.00.

My dog is identical to that pictured on the website. When the product arrived I thought that the door would be too small. As it is the only one advertised which can be fitted to a glass door I went ahead and got a glazier to install the door. My 6kg Sydney Silky/Australian Terrier cross took about three minutes to learn how to use it. The door would be too small for any bigger dog. (Posted on 22/06/11)

Quality product, great price & Super fast delivery
Fantastic product however it say's suitable for dogs up to 10Kg
My dog is an athletic jack russell X who weighs 7kgs.
He just fits through!!!
If this was clear I probably would have got a larger door. (Posted on 5/07/10)
