fantastic and honest customer service and shipped ultra quick. did have to pay for shipping even though website said free. easy installation into a weatherboard wall. negative is that it is a little noisy because of the magnetic clsoing device, which scares my dog when she goes through. Excellent delivery and easy to find product I was looking for. As it was a replacement it was important to get exactly the right size door for th eexisting hole. This proved to be the case and meant installation was simple. Only product negative is that the locking mechanism is a little flimsy and I can see our larger dog managing to break through over time. Replacement flap was excellent quality. Only problem was it was slightly shorter than the old flap and frame into which it had to fit. Width was fine. I fixed it by slicing a piece from the old flap and attaching it to the new. It works well and if it lasts as long as the previous flap (7 years) with the constant traffic of my Doberman and Malamute then I will be well pleased.Quality Customer Service Price Value

Door not installed yet, as we are trying to teach the dogs (by playing games with them, with flap open) to go through the opening, before we cut into a solid wooden door.
