I had to buy this product even though I hate the thought of my dog getting a "shock" but I live in a rented ground floor unit and neighbours were complaining about my dog barking while I was at work. The collar has worked well though. Willow's barking has certainly reduced so I hope the time will come soon that she understands not to bark even without the collar on. (Posted on 5/09/11)

Thankyou so much for your prompt, friendly service. I am happy with this item, although i feel a little guilty as my dogs will yelp after being zapped, (small jack russells). It does however, stop excessive barking. I think its me that needs to toughen up!! I would recommend this online company for any pet needs. Thanks again. (Posted on 23/12/10)

We recently bought this collar on recommendation and have found it quite effective so far in stopping our border collies incessant barking from 1-3 in the morning. She now stops after about 3-4 barks, and she doesn't start our cocker spaniel barking as she used to do. It doesn't stop her "I want to play bark" and we only use it at night, so she can let us know if people are about during the day. Our cocker spaniel has also ceased barking as she is not stimulated as much. We are having a much more peaceful nights sleep. Thankyou! (Posted on 31/05/10)

Our eight year old Springer Spaniel has been a problem barker since a pup. One afternoon was enough to instigate dramatic change using this collar. You can train old dogs! I like not having to worry about changing batteries. Also the best price on the internet...and I looked around! (Posted on 19/04/10)
