would reccomend product to other dog owners having trouble getting there dog to obey them works wonders.

We have a very big, very disobedient ridgeback cross now seven months old. We were despairing of ever being able to train him although we have owned many other ridges, all of whom we had trained successfully without having to resort to a collar. The basic collar set to a level 5 works really well for us. Not only does it alert him to unwanted behaviour it adds to our confidence and calmness that he is not going to take off or go off! He is now the only dog we have ever owned that always returns as soon as he is called., and stops what he is doing with just a quiet word of warning. All within days. Just love it!
