Improved product from previous version

I previously bought the same product from a pet stockist and was pleased to see that the same product bought from Ace is quite improved. The microphone is not as susceptible to damage and the on/off button switch seems to be better than the previous turn dial. The collar itself is however not as I thought it would be. Previously, the collar had a buckle and a quick release, now it is adjustable on the strap only (no buckle, no holes) but still has a smaller quick release. The probes are now also partially covered by plastic, which seems a good idea. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and usually come home to a quiet dog!

I found this product very good. When Lucy is wearing the collar I can relax and not worry about the neighbours complaining. Lucy has figured out what happens when she barks when she is wearing the collar, so she chooses to do soft barks almost under her breath.
I am definitely another happy customer!

“My Wife and I wanted to share our appreciation for the Team at Innotek. Over the years, we have received numerous letters of complaints from the local council for nuisance barking from our two Bichon Frise. We have spent thousands of dollars trying obedience training, a number of various bark control collars and even Barkbusters, and in each case, both our dogs outsmarted the attempt. After about 2 years of intermittent training, it was recommended by Barkbusters that given our current family circumstances, that one of our dogs had to find a new home. This was very distressing news and an action of absolute last resort. This was about the time when it was suggested by Innotek to try some of their other products.
