The collar is expensive, but it is effective. It does not always work in one session. My dog is a Kelpie and by nature barks. If it has not been on for a couple of days, you start over again. I only use it on days of extreme provocation, which probably explains the slower result. Users need to watch for marks on dogs neck and change position and massage regularly. Very expensive for a product that takes 10 minutes to do the job. What do you do with it once its done the job? Sell it to your mates. If it wasn't so expensive they would probably sell more of them. Collar is a bit flimsy. (Posted on 27/06/11)Customer Service Price Value Quality
