I was a little nervous purchasing this product over the net but I was comforted by the excellent return policy. The item arrived sooner than I was expecting and the quality is amazing. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to have a dog door without the hassle or having one installed into a door or glass panel. The installation was a breeze, less than 15 minutes and I am over the moon with the purchase.
